As Managing  Director, Katie’s leadership and management skills are highly valued within the business and she is dedicated to developing and mentoring our team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service to our clients. In addition to her project management expertise, Katie is also responsible for developing and implementing our business strategies, managing budgets and financial performance and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and suppliers. Prior to becoming MD, Katie has over twenty years of experience of project management, having successfully managed many large projects for Asda. She has a deep understanding of project management principles which she applies to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
